Payment may be made by any of the four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and American Express.

Please ask Carolyn if you need to make special arrangements to pay for a business or military stay.

Reservations are confirmed by email.

Cancellation Policy:
A 14-day notice must be given to cancel or make any changes to your reservation.

Our summer season
Is from May 15 through Labor Day weekend. Extended stay during the summer are welcome and Carolyn will work with you to help make your extended stay comfortable. Rates are only discounted for extended stays during the winter months.

Winter month room rentals:

Rentals for the winter are:

  • $625 for 30-day increments from the day you begin to rent.
  • Weekly rates of $200; 8% bed tax must be charged on any stay less than 30 days.

These accommodations are advertised as professional accommodations and all tenants are expected respect other’s privacy and keep a comfortable atmosphere for all.

Rental agreements are necessary for 30-day or longer stays. Tenants staying weekly will still be expected to live by the rental agreement policies. Please ask for a rental agreement to be emailed or faxed if you are arriving from out of town or state.

Your rental is a furnished room and private bath for one person. Your bed is furnished with linens and there are towels in your bath. You will need to replenish any disposable items in the room or bath.

Your rent pays for your lodging, heat, water, and electricity. There are phone jacks in each room that may be connected in the tenant’s name and billed directly to the tenant.

There is adequate off-street parking; there is an additional charge of $1 per day for any day the tenant plugs in a vehicle.
